CPD: "4* Outputs"

This is an absolute must for research in formed teaching approach which is heavy for the subject I teach. The seminar involved was a lecture followed by an open discussion of how a 4* paper (world leading research is written). I learned that it is by doing rigorous research that is significant and novel. In doing so would mean that this is directly reflected towards my teaching as novelty of the research means students are being taught state-of-the-art content that is novel and cutting edge. It will also be used in industry in the near future giving them a heads-up into their potential jobs in industry.
