New Journal Issue

It is nice to have this issue finally delivered through the post. Hoping it is a good read for researchers and the editorial board of the journal. 

The journal publishes peer-reviewed articles (open acess for selected time) and free to publish, on a range of contact and non-contact material strengthening techniques. These manufacturing techniques can be deployed for a wide range of materials with the accompanying materials science phenomena that deepens the understanding of the surface modification process.
