Launchpad Competition Award!

It was a busy week last week with pressure of reaching both coursework marking and journal paper submission deadlines, plus a key presentation to prepare and deliver, as I was one of the finalists for a University wide enterprenarial competition below.

A day later, I was notified that my proposal/idea (“the pitch”) was very much liked by the panel and they decided to select it for the award.

This selection was the sole from the whole University and was definitely energising for me after a tough and intensive 2018.

It will fuel my enterprenarial activities and that branch of my research further, to enable me to reach the end-goal quicker than initially planned. Looking forward to continuing the long graft on this project. Thanking the panel for their selection.
